September Wine Sampling Dinner We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our monthly wine sampling dinner on Friday, 12 September at 6:30 PM. The price is $65 per person and reservations are required. The menu will be as follows: Course 1- Crab and Lobster-tini with granny smith apple stuffing.
Course 2- Organic Arugala with smoked yellow and red tomatoes and roasted pine nuts. Finished with a balsamic vinaigrette and crushed feta cheese.
Course 3- Grilled Tuna served with a sweet corn relish, avacado and cilantro oil.
Course 4- Chocolate Explosion Cake.
